What you will do

• Monitor regulatory developments impacting hirify.global and its affiliated companies in the UK.
• Maintain active relationships with UK policymakers, regulators, central banks, and financial intelligence units.
• Represent the company in consultations, workshops, and regulatory dialogues.
• Lead or support licensing applications end-to-end, including documentation and regulator communications.
• Provide actionable risk and regulatory insights to internal stakeholders across legal, product, and compliance.
• Contribute to internal reporting and executive briefings on policy risks and regulatory trajectory regionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of governmental affairs / regulatory affairs / legal experience, ideally within the financial services or crypto-asset industry in the UK.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with regulators or government bodies, advocating and advising in a regulatory capacity.
• English: C1+ required with excellent written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complex regulatory topics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across borders and time zones.
• Be a strong, hands-on team player capable of working collaboratively and independently.
