Location: Hybrid in Nicosia, Cyprus. Must be based in Nicosia.

What you will do

• Execute client orders according to best execution policy and within set risk limits.
• Contribute to building top-notch trading infrastructure across all services.
• Manage relationships with digital asset exchanges, OTC dealers, liquidity providers, and market-makers.
• Manage the firm's proprietary trading portfolio and take charge of hedging activities.
• Ensure proper execution and settlement of trades in close collaboration with the back-office/operations team.
• Write daily newsletters and ad-hoc research papers about digital assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, and/or business administration.
• 3 years’ experience in trading with multiple asset classes (cryptos, FX, or derivatives) for regulated financial institutions.
• Holder of the advanced CySEC certificate or willing to take the exam ASAP.
• Strong passion and excellent understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
• Highest professional standards with respect to risk and compliance aspects.
• Fluent in English.
