What you will do

• Support Crypto Operations (Trading, Transfers, Staking, Reconciliation) to ensure daily operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data & Reconciliation teams to address process deviations.
• Lead problem-solving for distinct Crypto operational projects and engage with stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders, external vendors, regulators, and auditors.
• Become a subject matter expert and support fellow team members.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls, reduce risks, and scale processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (CIRO, OSC).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in crypto operations, brokerage operations, fintech, startups, or other related operations roles.
• Proven experience with SQL, General Ledgers, and Reconciliations.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Prior crypto experience (Staking, Trading, Digital Asset Custody, Blockchain Reconciliation).
