Location: Hybrid in Frankfurt, Germany with 2 days remote work per week after training

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for club clients, delivering exceptional service aligned with company values.
  • Engage proactively with clients via email and phone to demonstrate platform capabilities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador providing expert insights into products and services.
  • Manage the full client experience from education to retention, resolving complex and high-priority issues.

Requirements

  • Business fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles within financial services such as account or portfolio management, sales, or retention.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Passion for financial markets including stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
