What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for club clients, delivering exceptional service aligned with company values.
- Engage proactively with clients via email and phone to demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Act as a brand ambassador providing expert insights into products and services.
- Manage the full client experience from education to retention, resolving complex and high-priority issues.
Requirements
- Business fluency in German and English is essential.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within financial services such as account or portfolio management, sales, or retention.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Passion for financial markets including stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is highly desirable.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
