What you will do

• Manage complex deployments, escalations, and renewals for a portfolio of named accounts.
• Conduct strategic business reviews and health checks with client executive leadership.
• Present and demonstrate cyber threat defense solutions to C-Suite executives and security experts.
• Identify and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive NRR.
• Analyze customer engagement to assess risk and execute account health action plans.
• Mentor junior staff and lead strategic projects to establish team best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, or Technical Account Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior business professionals.
• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong time management skills.
