What you will do

Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
Drive hiring for 3–4 high-bar technical roles.
Work directly with hiring managers to align on role requirements.
Apply creative sourcing strategies across relevant platforms.
Leverage recruitment data to improve conversion rates.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

4+ years of recruiting experience in product companies.
Proven experience recruiting for relocation.
Exceptional sourcing skills and ability to close top-tier talent.
Data-driven approach to recruiting.
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level and higher).
