What you will do
- Guide customers to achieve business goals through effective use of the lead generation platform.
- Manage onboarding and product adoption to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Understand customer offerings, markets, and goals for tailored support.
- Provide insights to develop strategic marketing campaigns aligned with customer objectives.
- Share best practices and sales playbooks to maximize product value.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in PaaS/SaaS customer service with success in midsize and enterprise accounts
- Strong industry knowledge including key players, business models, and trends.
- Strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach with client relationship cultivation.
- Proficiency in delivering tailored presentations to clients.
- Advanced English skills plus strong Spanish and Portuguese proficiency
