• Collaborate with PMO and HR to ensure compliance with policies.
• Support PMs and escalate issues to the VP.
• Maintain clear communication between PMs and customers.
• Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing.
• Strong customer orientation and budget management skills.
• IT experience and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English level required.
