Provide technical vision and leadership across teams.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in software development.
Strong expertise in distributed systems and large-scale real-time data processing.
Deep understanding of Apache Flink architecture and state management.
Proficiency in Java, Scala, and Python.
Core contributions to Apache open source projects.
Advanced level of English.
