What you will do
- Build and maintain real-time and batch end-to-end data pipelines for ML model training and inference.
- Design and optimize data storage and access patterns for scale and performance.
- Deploy and manage model-serving systems for seamless production integration.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to ensure data quality, scalability, and monitoring.
- Develop Python services with strong system design, CI/CD, and observability.
- Work cross-functionally with ML, backend, and product teams.
Requirements
- Must be based onsite in one of the specified European offices (Paris, Berlin, Milan, Barcelona, Belgrade).
- Minimum 3 years experience in Python software engineering and data engineering applied to ML use cases.
- Strong knowledge of batch and real-time pipeline design, SQL, and data modeling for performance.
- Team player with ability to bridge technical and product discussions.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
