What you will do

  • Build and maintain real-time and batch end-to-end data pipelines for ML model training and inference.
  • Design and optimize data storage and access patterns for scale and performance.
  • Deploy and manage model-serving systems for seamless production integration.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers to ensure data quality, scalability, and monitoring.
  • Develop Python services with strong system design, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Work cross-functionally with ML, backend, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based onsite in one of the specified European offices (Paris, Berlin, Milan, Barcelona, Belgrade).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Python software engineering and data engineering applied to ML use cases.
  • Strong knowledge of batch and real-time pipeline design, SQL, and data modeling for performance.
  • Team player with ability to bridge technical and product discussions.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

  • Good understanding of ML workflows and data lifecycle.
