• Contribute as a core developer to Apache Iceberg and related open source projects.
• Implement and optimize table formats, snapshots, partitioning, and metadata management.

• Support and improve integrations with Spark, Flink, and Hive for batch and streaming workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration and deployment.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English required.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in distributed computing and large-scale data systems.
• Deep understanding of Apache Iceberg architecture and ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Java and Scala or Python.
