What you will do
- Launch and optimize paid UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance to drive ROI, subscriber acquisition, and growth.
- Design and execute testing strategies for creatives and targeting tactics.
- Collaborate with the Head of Acquisition to manage budget allocation and pacing.
- Partner with creative teams to develop and iterate on high-performing ad concepts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing within a mobile-first or subscription business.
- Track record of scaling paid campaigns with over $1M in monthly budget responsibility.
- Expertise in UA metrics like CTR, CR, CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Facebook Ads.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify employer).
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Background in data analytics or engineering.
- Experience with attribution and tracking methodologies such as AppsFlyer.
