Focus on scaling paid campaigns, conducting rigorous A/B testing, and analyzing key performance metrics to accelerate user growth for a global creative platform.

Location: Remote within the US, with the option to work from the office.

What you will do

  • Launch and optimize paid UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance to drive ROI, subscriber acquisition, and growth.
  • Design and execute testing strategies for creatives and targeting tactics.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Acquisition to manage budget allocation and pacing.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop and iterate on high-performing ad concepts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing within a mobile-first or subscription business.
  • Track record of scaling paid campaigns with over $1M in monthly budget responsibility.
  • Expertise in UA metrics like CTR, CR, CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Facebook Ads.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify employer).
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

  • Background in data analytics or engineering.
  • Experience with attribution and tracking methodologies such as AppsFlyer.
