What you will do
- Launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and more.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and growth.
- Design and implement testing strategies to evaluate creative performance and targeting effectiveness.
- Manage budget allocations and pacing in collaboration with the Head of Acquisition.
- Collaborate with social, content, and creative teams to develop and iterate on campaign creatives.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with responsibility for >$1M monthly budgets.
- Strong knowledge of UA metrics and attribution models; experience with AppsFlyer is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Facebook Ads.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Location: Based in London with remote work flexibility.
Nice to have
- Background in data analytics or engineering with experience in quantitative analysis and experimental design.
