What you will do

• Lead and manage technology teams building a global federated customer master and automating customer processes.
• Analyze, organize, and disseminate large data sets with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, risk, and control to ensure compliance and approvals.
• Define and document processes to improve and optimize future opportunities.
• Manage complex stakeholder engagements and control approval processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in New York, United States
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business data analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience leading large Wealth data programs with understanding of data risk and controls.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities to collaborate across multiple teams.
