What you will do

• Recruit exceptional people to join hirify.global’s growing team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create ideal candidate profiles.
• Organize processes of interaction with candidates until offer acceptance.
• Develop and refine the interview process to enhance assessment quality.
• Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates.
• Collect and analyze data on recruitment efforts and present reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in gamedev.
• Experience in searching candidates on specialized resources.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
• Strong communication skills.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
