- Own customer relationships and serve as primary contact throughout onboarding to go-live and beyond.

- Drive methodologies and operations within customer success to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas, United States
- 3–6+ years experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, ERP implementations, management consulting, or accounting/advisory.
- Strong preference for accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 experience is a major plus).
- Excellent customer service skills: patient, empathetic, problem solver.
- Ability to thrive in early-stage, fast-moving startup environment with high ownership.
