What you will do
- Manage inbound inquiries from small business customers via phone, email, and chat
- Support administrators and executives on payroll, tax, benefits, compliance, and HR topics
- Provide creative solutions and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
- Manage open issue queues to deliver timely resolutions
- Contribute to customer retention and product/process improvement recommendations
- Maintain professionalism and compassion when handling sensitive matters
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Tampa, Florida
- Minimum 5 years customer service experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or contact centers
- At least 1 year experience in payroll, benefits, or HR administration
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
- Self-starter with ownership and accountability
- English proficiency at business level (implied by job language)
