What you will do

  • Manage inbound inquiries from small business customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Support administrators and executives on payroll, tax, benefits, compliance, and HR topics
  • Provide creative solutions and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
  • Manage open issue queues to deliver timely resolutions
  • Contribute to customer retention and product/process improvement recommendations
  • Maintain professionalism and compassion when handling sensitive matters

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Tampa, Florida
  • Minimum 5 years customer service experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or contact centers
  • At least 1 year experience in payroll, benefits, or HR administration
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
  • Self-starter with ownership and accountability
  • English proficiency at business level (implied by job language)

Nice to have

  • Spanish or other second language at business conversation level
