• Capture key performance metrics and assist in reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or presales support
• 3+ years in the IT industry or consulting
• Experience with operational processes and ticket tracking.
• Skills in metrics and reporting.
• Advanced level of English.
