is a fast-growing European startup transforming international travel compliance with an automated, scalable SaaS platform supporting over 100,000 trips annually and serving 500+ companies including BioNTech and Vodafone.
What you will do
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on real user needs and business goals.
- Validate concepts through rapid prototyping and usability testing to ensure meaningful user experiences.
- Shape product requirements and user insights into actionable, scalable designs balancing usability and impact.
- Leverage AI technologies to accelerate ideation, enhance user research, and personalize the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to launch features.
- Own and maintain a scalable design system ensuring visual and interaction consistency across the product.
Requirements
- Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of user-centered digital products.
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, ideally B2B and enterprise-focused.
- Proficiency in Figma including auto-layout, components, design tokens, and prototyping.
- Knowledge of CSS frameworks and collaboration experience with Angular frontend teams.
- Experience creating and managing design systems with a customer-centric approach.
