What you will do
- Lead and coordinate a cross-disciplinary DevOps team using Agile methodologies.
- Oversee DevOps solutions including CI/CD pipelines, security, networking, storage, and hardware maintenance.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies within the Scrum framework.
- Manage automated deployment and delivery processes to ensure reliable releases.
- Perform configuration tasks, root cause analysis, and report defects.
- Collaborate with global product teams to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Krakow, Poland.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on DevOps and software configuration management experience.
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Proficient with Git, static analysis tools, Windows and Linux systems, scripting (Python, bash), and SQL.
- English: Excellent communication skills required.
