What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a cross-disciplinary DevOps team using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee DevOps solutions including CI/CD pipelines, security, networking, storage, and hardware maintenance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies within the Scrum framework.
• Manage automated deployment and delivery processes to ensure reliable releases.
• Perform configuration tasks, root cause analysis, and report defects.
• Collaborate with global product teams to gather requirements and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Krakow, Poland.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on DevOps and software configuration management experience.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficient with Git, static analysis tools, Windows and Linux systems, scripting (Python, bash), and SQL.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
