What you will do

• Develop and grow sales of hirify.global’s control system modernization projects in Poland, Baltic States, and Ukraine.
• Collaborate with account managers and engineering teams to pursue and close contracts.
• Maintain and update CRM and other sales data systems.
• Build and extend relationships with partners and engineering companies to support modernization efforts.
• Manage complex sales cycles including offer establishment and contract negotiations.
• Participate in customer development activities such as trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant sales or technical experience in control systems (PLC, ESD, SCADA, DCS, SIS).
• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in control systems solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline related to automation, electrical, or control processes.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad up to 50% of the time.
