What you will do

• Provide independent review and challenge of Digital Economy risk profiles and ORM framework implementation.
• Engage in governance committees representing 2nd Line of Defence Risk.
• Develop and communicate risk appetite for AI and digital initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Challenge 1st Line of Defence RCSAs, operational risk events, and key risk indicators.
• Monitor emerging risks and provide risk initiative challenges to reduce transformation risk impact.
• Maintain trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders for ORM coverage.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Charlotte, NC or Stamford, CT, United States
• 10+ years in risk management, AI/ML, blockchain, and technology governance in financial services.
• Hands-on experience developing AI and GenAI applications.
• Expertise in AI model lifecycle governance including validation, transparency, and explainability.
• Bachelor's degree in technology discipline; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
