What you will do

• Act as the main technical point of contact for Public Sector customers.
• Evaluate technical requirements in RFPs and support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Coordinate with Solution SMEs to design solutions and conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Manage communications between clients and internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Provide feedback on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Contribute to outbound marketing messaging and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Public Sector pre-sales and post-sales roles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, ETL tools, and AWS technology stack.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States; TS clearable preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field preferred.
