Location: Hybrid, onsite every other week in a Fidelity office

What you will do

• Support multiple squad initiatives to grow core business and scale technology
• Analyze report impacts based on source data and format changes
• Support data governance, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights
• Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders across teams
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and lead testing efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of experience
• Must be able to work hybrid with onsite presence every other week
• Outstanding analytical skills and experience with SQL and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
• Foundational understanding of cloud technologies
• Experience managing large scale technical programs and projects
• Strong execution skills and ability to handle ambiguity

• Cloud Practitioner certification
