Salary: 208,000–312,000 PLN

What you will do
- Architect, design, and develop complex model-based applications.
- Guide product improvements across schema, framework, and platform layers.
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor team members by enforcing best practices.
- Maintain a backlog of technological enhancements to ensure high maintainability and code quality.
- Collaborate across teams to align engineering implementations with organizational policies.
- Stay current with CI/CD tooling to optimize developer productivity and system reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 2+ years of professional experience delivering successful SaaS products.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, specifically in algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with DevOps platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins.
- Experience implementing redundancy and disaster recovery scenarios.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-powered products using Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning.
- Knowledge of Linux environments.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
- Fundamental understanding of Kubernetes and container-based systems.
