What you will do
- Establish and manage program governance, master plan, risks, and dependencies for strategic initiatives.
- Orchestrate efforts across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Support.
- Translate product strategy into detailed execution plans aligned with strategic goals and business case.
- Drive Go-to-Market readiness, ensuring commercial and operational teams are prepared for launch.
- Implement and manage communication plans, providing transparent updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive program management experience delivering large-scale, complex technology programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Formal program/project management certification (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) is highly desirable.
- Deep expertise in program governance frameworks, including risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
- Hands-on experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Asana).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to orchestrate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading Go-to-Market (GTM) readiness programs, ensuring the entire organization is prepared for product launches.
- Strategic thinker who excels at breaking down a high-level vision into a structured, actionable execution plan.
