TL;DR
LLM Engineer (Agentic AI) (Python, LangChain, RAG): Designing and implementing scalable multi-agent AI systems that reason over data, orchestrate workflows, and drive decisions with an accent on production-grade LLM applications, backend engineering, and NLP. Focus on building autonomous agent architectures, integrating tool use and retrieval-augmented generation, and translating AI research into enterprise regulatory intelligence products.
Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work from the office and home

What you will do
- Design and implement advanced multi-agent AI systems for enterprise regulatory intelligence.
- Build production-grade LLM applications that reason over data, orchestrate workflows, and drive decisions.
- Combine backend engineering with LLM capabilities to solve complex user problems at scale.
- Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, agent frameworks, and LLM evaluation methods.
- Translate cutting-edge AI and NLP research into scalable, practical software solutions.
- Work closely with LLM engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and the Head of Agentic AI Engineering.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software or LLM engineering, ideally with Python.
- Strong foundation in backend or data systems and experience deploying LLM-based applications to production.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenDevin, or custom agentic architectures.
- Experience with most of the listed technology stack, including Python, FastAPI, LangChain, TypeScript, React, MySQL, Pinecone, cloud platforms, Docker, and GitHub.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a pragmatic mindset, fast iteration habits, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong English communication skills required.

- Experience building B2B SaaS or AI workflow products.

- Experience in FinTech, RegTech, finance, regulatory, or compliance domains.
