What you will do
- Lead complex Java backend projects and collaborate on system design
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices
- Work with modern technologies including Spring Boot, Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, GraphQL Federation, and Terraform
- Manage CI/CD workflows using GitHub and related tools
- Engage with a network of national and international tech partners
Requirements
- Must be available for remote work based in Portugal
- 10+ years of experience in Java backend development
- Proven leadership in complex projects and system design
- Fluency in English at B2 level
- Experience with cloud and container orchestration technologies
