SAP FI/CO Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Support, develop, and optimize SAP FI and CO modules and their integration with SAP and third-party systems.
• Analyze financial and controlling requirements with business departments and configure suitable SAP solutions.
• Lead and participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, optimization, and enhancement projects.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process optimizations and customizations.
• Provide second- and third-level support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with external service providers.
• Deliver end-user training, prepare documentation, and support knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience implementing, managing, and further developing SAP modules in a similar role.
• In-depth SAP FI/CO configuration, customizing, support, and integration knowledge across modules including MM, SD, PP, PS, QM, and DWH.
• Hands-on experience with financial and controlling process implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
• Knowledge of IT application management best practices and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
• Very good knowledge of English and Italian and/or German is required.
