SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Global organization delivering SAP Finance capabilities in collaboration with finance teams, IT stakeholders, and external service providers.

What you will do

• Lead and participate in SAP Finance FI/CO change requests and implementation projects.
• Develop, challenge, and validate business cases and requirements for SAP Finance solutions.
• Validate solutions against business needs, compliance standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, rollouts, and handover to operations.
• Collaborate with global IT and finance teams and external vendors to resolve complex SAP Finance issues.
• Maintain system documentation, process flows, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, IT, business management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience covering configuration, implementation, and support.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of cross-module finance integration across procurement, manufacturing, and sales.
• Project management, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, IT governance, compliance, and quality assurance skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
