What you will do

• Drive development of target architecture frameworks and roadmaps ensuring scalability and security.
• Establish and operate enterprise architecture governance processes.
• Lead adoption of architectural practices across the Digital & Technology organization.
• Align stakeholders to optimize technology use and ensure synergies.
• Support realization of benefits from new technology solutions.
• Maintain detailed IT landscape documentation and promote innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Parma, Italy
• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or engineering; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years as lead enterprise architect and 10+ years in IT architecture roles.
• Experience with SAP ecosystems, enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF), and industry 4.0.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to negotiate and align stakeholders.
• English is the business language; French and/or Italian are advantages.
