What you will do

• Guide customers through the adoption of the hirify.global platform to ensure ongoing value realization.
• Develop and draft clear Statements of Work (SOWs) outlining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to influence the product roadmap based on field feedback.
• Deploy the platform in customer environments and design targeted extensions or integrations.
• Conduct training sessions and identify customer champions to drive long-term engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in post-sales or professional services for enterprise B2B networking solutions.
• Background in network engineering or architecture with strong knowledge of networking protocols.
• Experience in project scoping, SOW creation, and solution implementation.
• Familiarity with server virtualization and a basic understanding of programming languages and APIs.
• Must be based in the EU.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of NetDevOps workflows (Python, Git, Ansible).
• Ability to develop custom prototype solutions using Python.
• Fluency in German.
