What you will do

• Deliver mobile and desktop experiences that make complex investment products accessible and engaging.
• Manage full design project lifecycles from initial concept and sketching to high-fidelity prototyping and launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into user-centric solutions.
• Perform user research, including interviews and usability testing, to validate and iterate on design decisions.
• Support design team maturity and act as a key advocate for user experience across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design within cross-functional teams.
• Proven background in fintech, crypto, or complex digital product domains.
• Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Miro, and JIRA.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design skills for complex products.
• English proficiency required; cross-team collaboration skills are essential.
