• Identify and cultivate relationships with new affiliates through various channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate and partnership channels.
• Responsible for optimization and ROI analysis for affiliates.
• Support marketing affiliates on-boarding experience.
• Service existing affiliates with effective and timely responses.
• Provide education to marketing affiliates about hirify.global’s tools and resources.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as Affiliate Manager.
• Experience in a consumer-facing brand, preferably in fintech.
• Intellectual curiosity for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Experience in different channels of marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
