What you will do

• Recruit and maintain relationships with new and existing Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Negotiate contracts, renew agreements, and create ROI-based proposals for new partnerships.
• Monitor affiliate activities for policy violations and fraudulent behavior.
• Analyze sales reports and demographic data to identify growth opportunities and emerging markets.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop conversion-optimized promo materials (landing pages, banners) for specific GEOs.
• Represent the company at international industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish language is a must.
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of affiliate networks.
• Ability to travel to conferences and team meetings.
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Media Buying is a plus.
