What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sales and marketing payment processes and affiliate follow-ups.
• Produce and maintain accurate reports and dashboards for multiple sales and marketing teams.
• Support internal planning, budget tracking, and procurement processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives and quality control.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets with strong organizational oversight.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Hong Kong 3-4 days per week
• 4-6 years experience in sales support and operations, preferably in Tech or FinTech.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in a second language preferred.
• Expertise in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar tools.
