What you will do

• Participate in RFQ/RFI processes by preparing technical documentation and input.
• Develop compliance matrices and ADV plans to verify customer requirements.
• Analyze customer drive cycles and coordinate with electrical and life simulation teams.
• Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, software, and testing teams for system integration.
• Support DFMEA, DVP&R planning, and functional safety aligned with ISO 26262.
• Work with global teams and travel up to 15% to suppliers and OEM sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years experience in battery or EV industry in design, systems, or validation roles.
• Exposure to high-voltage battery systems (400–1000V) and pack/module-level design.
• Basic understanding of BMS, CAN communication, and automotive diagnostic protocols.
• Knowledge of automotive product development cycles and safety standards (ISO 26262, UN R100, IATF 16949) is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally up to 15%.
