What you will do

• Manage and lead a high functioning systems engineering team
• Collaborate closely with ATC engineering and program teams
• Manage the design, integration, and deployment of voice communications systems for R&S ATC projects
• Prepare regular reports on project progress and issues
• Translate customer needs into requirements and solutions
• Work closely with product engineering teams in Europe and North America

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant engineering degree
• Experience with systems for critical infrastructure customers
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
• Good communication and customer interface skills
• Ability to travel throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe, up to 30%
• Must be a US person capable of receiving a U.S. Government public trust clearance
