Location: Remote within the United States with work shift Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST

Salary: $21.63 - $23.08 per hour

What you will do

• Answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients
• Collaborate with Customer Operations, RCM, and Engineering teams to resolve issues
• Investigate and solve billing and technical problems
• Participate in quality assurance and feedback sessions with management

Requirements

• Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST from the United States
• At least 2 years of customer support experience, healthcare billing experience a plus
• Experience with phone, live chat, and email support
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Intermediate technical understanding and experience with large databases and multiple tools
• Empathetic and consultative communication style
