What you will do
- Handle customer billing support tickets and payment disputes/chargebacks.
- Manage subscription operations for enterprise customers and custom contracts.
- Identify workflow gaps and help automate or optimize billing processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Support Engineering teams to reduce customer friction.
Requirements
- Must be located in the continental United States (EST).
- 2-4 years experience in billing or finance operations, preferably in SaaS/PaaS.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Experience with payment tools such as Orb, Metronome, and Stripe.
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers.
