What you will do

• Lead consulting engagements including Salesforce implementations and ongoing strategic support
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align customer needs with product roadmap
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including configuration, migration, and testing
• Engage with customers to build trust and provide strategic guidance
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making

Requirements

• Must be located in the United Kingdom or able to work hybrid within the region
• Advanced experience with Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Experience in fast-paced, creative environments
• Willingness to pursue relevant certifications and continuous learning
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily work

Nice to have

• 4+ years consulting experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and environment management tools like Copado and GitHub
• Experience with AI agentic workflows
