What you will do

• Plan, prioritise, and refine the product roadmap with engineering and DevOps teams, understanding technical designs and constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams as the internal product owner, running ceremonies and aligning development and deployment.
• Collaborate with design and user research to gather feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements.
• Own end-to-end release processes, managing sprint goals and ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.
• Monitor platform performance and infrastructure stability, proactively addressing risks and coordinating fixes.
• Establish product management processes and culture, shaping collaboration between product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Location: UK
• 5+ years product management experience in software/tech, preferably with cloud infrastructure or enterprise software.
• Strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers and architects.
• Proven experience in release and project management for software products.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to run sprint ceremonies.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to analyze KPIs for prioritisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to present to stakeholders clearly.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in AI/ML infrastructure, HPC, GPU computing, or data centre operations.
