What you will do

• Own and deliver a strategic product theme focused on Generative AI and journey re-imagination.
• Shape and communicate product vision and strategy, collaborating with platform and non-platform teams.
• Lead the product roadmap by defining and prioritizing epics, features, and stories aligned to strategy.
• Champion innovation and storytelling, advocating for transformed vision with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate deeply with engineers, designers, and business partners to deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure compliance and governance across all product changes and drive measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with at least 40% presence in London office
• English: Proficient communication skills (B2 or higher)
• Proven experience in product ownership and agile delivery.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and their application in customer journeys.
• Strong data analytics and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
