What you will do

• Develop high-quality 3D city maps, environments, and character assets.
• Create dynamic animations and cinematic motion design for in-game content.
• Optimize 3D assets to ensure peak performance on mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, art, and design teams to maintain visual quality.
• Implement models, textures, and shaders using industry-standard tools.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a 3D Generalist in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and shading (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter).
• Solid understanding of 3D animation principles and motion graphics.
• Practical experience with real-time engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, and rendering techniques for mobile optimization.
• Ability to work full-time from our office in Krakow, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven development environments.
• Knowledge of geolocation-based game mechanics.
