What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Machine Learning Engineers specializing in Multi-Modal Large Language Models.
• Oversee full lifecycle of model development and deployment with focus on post-training techniques.
• Drive deployment of MLLM solutions to internal customers solving offline autonomy problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to align strategies and dependencies.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop technical and leadership skills.
• Establish team goals, manage staffing, and improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning with large-scale model applications.
• 3+ years experience leading AI/ML engineering or research teams.
• Direct experience with Multi-Modal LLMs and post-training optimization techniques.
• Proven track record deploying ML models to production or internal customers, preferably in autonomy or robotics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
