What you will do

  • Partner strategically with VP of Sales and GTM leadership to own go-to-market operations and revenue targets.
  • Lead territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation to support growth.
  • Manage and optimize the sales tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, and others.
  • Build scalable frameworks for pipeline generation, opportunity management, and conversion optimization.
  • Own revenue forecasting, scenario modeling, and deliver insightful reporting to executives.
  • Analyze trends and identify strategic improvements in sales operations and productivity.

Requirements

  • Must have 6-8 years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy in fast-scaling SaaS or AI-driven businesses.
  • 2+ years Salesforce Administrator experience with hands-on configuration and reporting.
  • Proven ownership of forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory design, and lead routing.
  • Experience with AI-driven sales tools and workflows to improve GTM efficiency.
  • Understanding of CPQ tools and top-of-funnel sales operations including SDR functions.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and cross-functional communication skills.
