What you will do
- Perform regular risk assessments and data analysis to identify potential financial and operational risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare risk management and postmortem reports for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on fintech industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes impacting the company's risk profile.
- Assist in developing and implementing risk management policies and protocols.
- Contribute to risk model development for new products and services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in risk management, preferably within fintech or banking.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of financial principles and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and prediction software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle change, conflict management, and uncertainty.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with fraud tools (CRM, transaction monitoring, device intelligence).
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or a neobank.
