What you will do

• Perform regular risk assessments and data analysis to identify potential financial and operational risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare risk management and postmortem reports for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on fintech industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes impacting the company's risk profile.
• Assist in developing and implementing risk management policies and protocols.
• Contribute to risk model development for new products and services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in risk management, preferably within fintech or banking.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of financial principles and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and prediction software.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle change, conflict management, and uncertainty.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fraud tools (CRM, transaction monitoring, device intelligence).
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or a neobank.
