What you will do

• Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships and vendor relationships for new product deployment and infrastructure.
• Facilitate cross-functional delivery by serving as a central hub connecting internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage banking and vendor relationships by monitoring service delivery, establishing SLAs, and handling incident management.
• Act as an expert voice on payment regulatory requirements and payment network scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard).
• Program manage externally with card networks, banks, and industry partners to maximize benefits and reduce inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or demonstrated experience within Financial Technology or Payments (issuing and acceptance).
• Experience working with global card networks, acquirers, payment facilitators, and issuers.
• Deep practical knowledge of payment and operational regulatory frameworks (PSD2, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing).
• Comprehensive understanding of incident management practices, especially in vendor relationships.
• Strong command of payment network scheme rules and operating guidelines (Visa, Mastercard).
• Proven track record of building consensus and driving outcomes across diverse teams and external partners.
• Strong project and program management skills with experience delivering complex initiatives on time and on budget.
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical, commercial, regulatory, and business audiences.
