What you will do

• Lead and manage S/4HANA transformation and greenfield implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with end-to-end accountability.
• Act as primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Drive innovation and sustainability within projects, fostering new ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multinational, and distributed teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry trends, regulatory, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model in Poland (Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznan, Wroclaw)
• Minimum 5 years experience in SAP project and service management, especially S/4HANA transformation and greenfield implementation.
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology; certification preferred.
• Proficiency in agile software delivery and agile at scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships and teams.
• Understanding of GenAI potential in software and service delivery.

• Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince).
• Agile and Agile at Scale certifications (PSM, SAFe).
• Service Delivery certifications (ITIL).
• German language skills.
