What you will do

• Collaborate with teams to design and deploy predictive models.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for real-time insights.
• Utilize AI agents to automate customer workflows.
• Own delivery performance dashboards and reporting systems.
• Debug integrations and data quality issues.
• Act as both engineer and consultant for scalable systems.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering or technical consulting.
• Strong programming fundamentals, preferably in Python.
• Experience with customer-facing technical deployments.
• Ability to debug and integrate APIs and ETL pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication skills with empathy for stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or logistics.
• Exposure to data observability or A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML automation.
• Certification in data science or machine learning.
