What you will do
- Provide outstanding customer experience through ticketing system support (no calls)
- Become a power user of the product to better assist customers
- Identify and escalate cases requiring further attention
- Share feature requests and workarounds within the support team
- Collaborate cross-functionally on business objectives and product feedback
- Participate in regular team meetings for process and product improvements
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work Yerevan time zone shifts
- 1+ year experience in customer-facing roles
- Fluency in English required
- Strong troubleshooting and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate customer needs
